Returns & Exchanges

NOTICE: We are increasingly noticing that ladies who pay later with Klarna do not handle our products properly. We receive the returns much too late or even worn, without tags and washed back. We can then no longer sell these items. If the items do not meet the return conditions below, we may refuse this and pass this on to Klarna and you will still have to pay the invoice. Our compliments to the ladies who send their returns neatly and on time, this is much appreciated! ♡

RETURNS

Is the article not quite what you had in mind? Too bad, but that can happen. First check whether the item meets the conditions below and download the exchange and return form here . After completing the exchange and return form, you can return it together with the item (at your own expense) to the postal address below.

PLEASE NOTE: We CANNOT process your return without the exchange and return form! Download the exchange and return form HERE . Don't have a printer? Then copy the data with pen and paper.

SHIPPING LABEL

Would you like to frank your package online in advance? Then click on one of the following options : PostNL or DHL . Print out the shipping label and stick it over the old label. Deliver the package on time to a post office near you. (We recommend that you keep an eye on the track & trace code yourself if the package is delivered elsewhere and that you inform us as soon as possible.)

RETURN/EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

– The item must be unused, undamaged and unwashed.
– The item must not contain any signs of wear, such as sweat, smoke, perfume or cooking odors.
– Do not store items in a smoky room or in a kitchen as items with an odor are not accepted.
– Items that contain deodorant/make-up stains after fitting will not be accepted for return.
– The item must be neatly in the original packaging with all tags still attached.
– The item must reach us within 14 days of receipt.
– Shoes must be neatly placed in the shoe box and sent in the shipping bag in which the shoe box was packaged.
– Jewelry cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.

– Discount codes cannot be settled afterwards.

– We do not accept returns on discounted items that are on sale.

Please take extra care to ensure that the item meets the above conditions. So check the item yourself for odor, signs of wear & stains! Ship the item (with all tags attached) neatly in the original packaging and shipping bag. (Otherwise we are forced and entitled to refuse the item!)

RETURN PERIOD

We must receive your return within the return period of 14 days after receipt. This period starts on the day the package is received by you or on your behalf. We recommend that you return your return on time, so that you can be sure that your return will be delivered to us within the return period. If it is not possible to return your package yourself, we recommend asking someone else to take your package to the post office.

SHIPPING PROOF

We recommend that you use a traceable method of shipping and keep proof of shipping. Please note that you must pay the return shipping costs yourself.

The consumer is legally obliged to take care of the items until empathicstyle.com has received the items back. empathicstyle.com cannot be held liable for a damaged or lost shipment.

REFUND

As soon as we have received your return in good condition and it meets all return conditions, we will refund the purchase amount to your account number or adjust/cancel Klarna invoice within 14 days.

Have you not received a refund 14 days after your return was sent? Please contact our customer service by sending an email to info@empathicstyle.com stating your invoice number.

WHAT TO DO WITH DAMAGE?

empathicstyle.com checks all orders for the quality of the items and takes a photo of the item before sending it to the customer. Disputes can thus be substantiated on the basis of the photo. If it should happen that a product is not received in the expected condition, please contact us within 24 hours at info@empathicstyle.com . Items are considered defective if received damaged. Items damaged due to wear and tear are not considered defective. We can only exchange a defective item for the same item, while supplies last.

EXCHANGE

Would you like to exchange your item for a different size or item? That's no problem! Download the exchange and return form here and fill in the desired size and return it together with the item. You can return the item + exchange return form (at your own expense) to the postal address below. We will then ship the desired size to you free of charge. Of course, this only applies if the desired size is still in stock, otherwise we will refund the amount to your account number.
